The California Constitution still says:Attorney General Rob Bonta issued a legal alert on Thursday that said the policies adopted by several Golden State school districts are unconstitutional and “detrimental” to the privacy, safety and well-being of transgender and gender-nonconforming students.
Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California.So there is some other clause saying schools have to secretly turn kids into trannies? Of course not.
This is evil. It is what the Democrat Party stands for today, besides endless foreign wars and mass Third World immigration.
The main argument for this is that parents are resistant to having their sons castrated. Yes, of course they are.

When someone becomes a legal adult, they can chart their own course, no matter how twisted that is, until then, they are a minor and under the care and supervision of a legal guardian or parent, which the school and all it's precious blue haired leftest nutjobs with identity disorders are definitely not. A teacher or school employee conspiring to keep secrets concerning the well being and ANY medical treatment of a child from the legal parent or guardian should be removed from the school forcibly, then charged with child endangerment and child molestation, and preferably deposited into a prison where the inmates have been informed of their acts. The rest will take care of itself shortly.
From a factual standpoint,
Sex change surgery and puberty blockers are not ethical medicine or science for that matter especially where minors who haven't even undergone puberty are concerned. Gender identity and fluidity were terms coined by John William Money, a so called sexologist and known child molester who was responsible for the death of the two male patients he based his entire gender theory on. Trans surgeries and procedures do not treat dysfunction, they produce more of it, they increase mortality rates due to chronic surgical complications, they have no statistical impact whatsoever on preventing suicide which is what they were designed to treat, they are permanent mutilation that pretty much destroys the reproductive system and prevent natural growth and maturity of the child. Over 90 percent of those who undergo such procedures regret having done so according to reports out of the U.K. Tavistock clinic (now shut down) where such procedures were performed. The U.K. is now reconsidering the entire 'trans' fad as medicine. It is tragic that so many had to be mutilated on their watch before they did their homework.
Transitioning surgeries and hormonal blockers are a blatant perversion of the very concept of what medicine is, and violate the Hippocratic oath 'Primum non nocere' or 'First do no harm' and fall well into the territory of evil.
