School upset by Instagram Postings

The NY Times has a long article on The Instagram Account That Shattered a California High School. I tried to read it, but I don't get it.

Who cares about a private account with a handful of followers?

Apparently it expressed some racist opinions. I did not find exactly what. How could this be an issue? Don't kids have the right to express opinions, whatever they are?

California presently has problems so far beyond bad language, that quite frankly, it's a non problem for self important people who want to re-arrange deck chairs on the Titanic while praising their own moral purity. Please, for the love of whatever you hold dear, listen in to some of the splendid rap lyrics belted over the radio, or what Koreans say about the Japanese and Chinese, and vice versa. Listen in to the dulcet tones of what even blessed Ben Shapiro the orthodox Jew says behind closed doors about the goyims. Tune in to what central americans says about Mexicans, or what Peruvians say about central americans. Hell, listen to what fine upstanding Joe Biden has said about various races when mere words weren't seen as literally worse than murder.

If you are going to start hurting people who say things you don't like, this planet is going to be an endless bloodbath everywhere.
