Western man towers over the rest of the world in ways so large as to be almost inexpressible. It’s Western exploration, science, and conquest that have revealed the world to itself. Other races feel like subjects of Western power long after colonialism, imperialism, and slavery have disappeared. The charge of racism puzzles whites who feel not hostility, but only baffled good will, because they don’t grasp what it really means: humiliation. The white man presents an image of superiority even when he isn’t conscious of it. And superiority excites envy. Destroying white civilization is the inmost desire of the league of designated victims we call ‘minorities.’If this is true, it cannot be fixed.
I don't think it is entirely true. The Islamic world hates us for different reasons.
In spite of this hatred, or maybe because of, they all want to move to countries ruled by White Christians.
Economists like to judge people by their revealed preferences, not by what they say. If people complain about systemic racism, and then move to a country with systemic racism, then they must like that perceived systemic racism.

I think this is more simple than liking 'western civilization', which I don't think they actually do by way of my own various experiences with my own family and several people from India and the Middle east. I think moving to western civilizations is more about opportunity, wealth and prosperity, which is desired, while equally desired by some is a desire to not become a part of western civilization culturally, leading to basically ethnic ghettos where people from an external civilization live enclaved. For an example, my Indian co-worker repeatedly told me didn't think much of being in America except that it was wealthy, he resented that he no longer had servants, and wanted his daughters to have no part of marrying an American, and in fact spent much effort and money on sending his daughters home to India to find husbands and then bring them back to the states. He saw no connection between how America worked and its wealth, only happenstance.
While enjoying the increased prosperity, a strange cognitive dissonance often arises inside the emigrant communities where the outside western civilization is considered as only incidental to the overall prosperity, and more often than not considered undeserving or just outright lucky, as if western civilization stumbled upon a pot of gold, the wealth is purely by chance. The actual reasons why their own cultures did not provide the wealth and opportunity they actually desire are often not even considered seriously or at all by those who hold such views.
I had the misfortune to be in a math class with a young woman who was the daughter of emigrants from Pakistan. She was incredibly outspoken and hateful about the United States racially, poltically, and culturally, and even resented her parents for deciding to come here. When I explained that she could move back if she desired (mostly to shut her harping up), she let me know that I was an entitled bigot. I responded back that you don't move into another country and culture anywhere else in the world, refuse to assimilate, then bitch about everything not being like from where you came from and expect to be treated as long lost royalty. She asked what I would know about it, and I explained I had a Hungarian father, a Korean stepmother, half Chinese step brothers, a Germanic stepfather, and a Swiss Quaker heritage on my mother's side, and all these people from all these ethnic and cultural backgrounds were grateful to be here. Thankfully, her friend touched her on the shoulder and gently said "You're half way to China already, You might want to stop digging."
You give examples of people who say one thing, and do another. If they choose to stay in the USA, then they must like it a lot more than they say.
