The Gold Standard for Sexual Mutilation

The news reports about the Kentucky Tennessee school shooting are strange. She explained her motive in writing, but they will not tell us. She is a woman, but the stories refuse to use "she" and "her". They say she was trying to identify as a man, but they will not tell us whether she was taking testosterone. She killed Christians, but no one calls it a hate crime.

Several other mass shooters have identified as trans or nonbinary.

Meanwhile the trans activists are going ahead with their Day Of Vengeance.

Some states are pushing back. AP reports:

The Idaho Senate on Monday voted 22-12 to pass a bill criminalizing gender-affirming healthcare for minors, one month after the state House passed similar legislation.
Look at how mainstream press caters to trans terms. CNN reports:
The Florida Department of Health now says a vital kind of medical care known as gender-affirming care should not be an option for children and teens, even though every major medical association recommends such care and says it can save lives.

The department’s new guidelines suggest that children should be provided social support from peers and family and should seek counseling. But it says they should be denied treatments that can be a part of this care, including calling the child or teen by the name and pronoun they prefer and allowing them to wear clothing or hairstyles that match their gender identity.

Gender-affirming care is medically necessary, evidence-based care that uses a multidisciplinary approach to help a person transition from their assigned gender – the one the person was designated at birth – to their affirmed gender – the gender by which one wants to be known. Demonstrators gather to oppose Florida's "Don't Say Gay" law.

Historic Supreme Court confirmation comes at a time when some in the GOP are trying to reverse LGBTQ rights

By one estimate, more than 58,000 transgender youth 13 and older across the US are facing restricted access or proposals, and could soon lose access to gender-affirming care. ...

Despite the legislative push to end this kind of treatment, gender-affirming care is a recommended practice for people who identify as transgender, meaning they identify with a gender that is different than the one assigned at birth, or gender-diverse, with a gender expression that doesn’t strictly match society’s traditional ideas about gender.

The gold standard of care

Major medical associations – including the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry – agree that gender-affirming care is clinically appropriate for children and adults. Dr. Joseph Ladapo responds to questions posed by senators on the Senate Ethics and Elections Committee during a confirmation hearing Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022.

Florida health department advises against gender-affirming care for youth

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s guidelines, which are considered the gold standard and guide gender-affirming care around the world, say it should be a way for people to create “effective pathways to achieving lasting personal comfort with their gendered selves, in order to maximize their overall health, psychological well-being and self-fulfillment.”

Most of this is wrong. Gender-affirming care kills people. It does not save lives.

Instead of "they identify with a gender that is different than the one assigned at birth", it should say "they choose a gender different from their sex". That "gold standard" treatment has not been shown to ever help anyone.

Saying "Gender-affirming care is medically necessary, evidence-based care" is just a lie. There is no evidence in favor of it. There is no necessity. It is amazing how the establishment has been coopted on this issue.

If there were some actual evidence in favor of the trans activists, I would be happy to look at it. But these creeps are dishonest and destructive to the core.

I don't think that CNN is run by trans activists. So why does it recited this pro-trans propaganda? I suspect that it is an anti-Christian plot. CNN is run by people who hate Christianity.

Update: The Kentucky Tennessee shooter turned out to be suicidal, caused by gold standard gender affirmation.

Anyone who wants to have their nads cut off because they 'feel uncomfortable' when they look in the mirror is clearly mentally insane, and should be treated as such, and receive treatment that addresses their mental illness as being the cause of their problems, not their genitals.

You don't cut parts of your body off to feel normal or treat mental illness...this goes way beyond stupid, like empowering people who have schizophrenia to believe the voices in their head telling them to kill people should be listened to. It's time we start evaluating the sanity of anyone who claims any medical expertise who would advocate mutilation as a palliative. It is very well documented that sex change operations DO NOT alleviate mental disorders, and cause further psychological and physiological harm. The man who started such procedures at John Hopkins University later stopped the procedures because he felt catering to mental illness with extensive surgeries was clearly not as effective as actually treating mental illness. The suicide rates of people afflicted with body dysmorphia simply do not statistically change in any meaningful way after trans surgery.

I also don't care about the personal 'feelings' of crazy people when their mental condition is clearly delusional and heading towards self harm. I do care that such troubled people not be of any danger to themselves and/or anyone else, physically or psychologically (meaning you don't put crazy people in charge of teaching children). And if push comes to shove, I'm always going to place the welfare of others above the nutty desires of the mentally insane.

The shooting was in Tennessee, not Kentucky. (2 places)
