Black Women in Charge

Ann Coulter writes:

The Claudine Gay affair reminds me that we need a reckoning on how the “intersectionality” project is going.

Gay is the recently demoted Harvard president. She was hired for being a Black woman professor. She and Penn had the USA's worst college free speech policies, and gave Congress testimony about how they approve of advocating genocide of Jews.

The women college presidents were obviously incompetent, as they could not explain their college policies with mindlessly parroting lawyer advice.

It turned out that Gay was also a terrible scholar, and had plagiarized much of her supposed research in Black studies.

The idea was that after centuries of being kept down by racism and sexism — although that didn’t seem to hurt accomplished black women like Barbara Jordan, Condi Rice, Jessye Norman, Zora Neale Hurston and on and on — black women would finally be given a fair shot. Think of all that untapped talent!

But so far, intersectionality has mostly placed a lot of black women in high-profile jobs far beyond their abilities. Or as the former Harvard president once said, “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”

This will be the first in a series of columns I will issue periodically reflecting on the accomplishments of those at the top of the “intersectionality” heap. We’ll start with two heroic black lady prosecutors.

Marilyn Mosby started the trend of fabulous black women saving America by becoming prosecutors. One of her first cases involved a notorious Baltimore heroin dealer, Freddie Gray, who sustained fatal injuries while being transported in the back of a police van. A mere 10 days later, Mosby charged all six officers involved (three black and three white) with crimes up to murder and manslaughter, after summarily blowing off the police investigation, but without having completed her own investigation first.

For this, Mosby was instantly acclaimed as a national hero!

Coulter's stories are amazing. Putting Black women in charge has been a colossal failure many times.

Gay's demotion was partly driven by rich Jewish donor Bill Ackman, who now writes:

I came to learn that the root cause of antisemitism at Harvard was an ideology that had been promulgated on campus, an oppressor/oppressed framework, that provided the intellectual bulwark behind the protests, helping to generate anti-Israel and anti-Jewish hate speech and harassment.

Then I did more research. The more I learned, the more concerned I became, and the more ignorant I realized I had been about DEI, a powerful movement that has not only pervaded Harvard but the educational system at large. I came to understand that diversity, equity, and inclusion was not what I had naively thought these words meant. ...

Under DEI’s ideology, any policy, program, educational system, economic system, grading system, admission policy (and even climate change, due its disparate impact on geographies and the people that live there), etc., that leads to unequal outcomes among people of different skin colors is deemed racist.

As a result, according to DEI, capitalism is racist, Advanced Placement exams are racist, IQ tests are racist, corporations are racist—in other words, any merit-based program, system, or organization that has or generates outcomes for different races that are at variance with the proportion these different races represent in the population at large is by definition racist under DEI’s ideology.

That would be great if Jews wise up about DEI.

Elon Musk Cited Race Crime Data

I found this online erroneous comment:

They'll teach right-wing tribalism exclusively, and reflect Elon's Darwinist philosophy that you have to be useful to be society or perish. He's been peddling false narratives against Africans pretty hard. Elon Musk claims we have to decide between wanting to evolve and not wanting to be evil. ...

For example, Elon Musk recently posted that blacks are 37 times more likely to kill a white person than a white person is likely to kill a black person. That statistic is designed to make you think we'll have a Utopia if blacks are put into concentration camps. However it ignores the fact that there are 7.5 times more [whites than blacks] thab in the US. Therefore that 37 has to be divided by 7.5. And then when you adjust for socioeconomic factors the remaining 5x discrepancy goes away.

No, this is wrong. Another commenter explains:

Your politics are admirable comrade, but your math is poor. If murders were random, it would be like taking two random marbles from a bag with 100 black marbles, and 500 white marbles. In the cases where you chose one of each, it would be 50/50 black then white, or vice versa.

Same thing with sex. Men are far more likely to kill. Victims are mostly men too, but women still far more likely to be killed by a man than vice versa.
Can you accept that as fact? Then why not for race? People are not all the same, that would be very boring.

After some pushback, another explains:

Let's assume the killings are random and everyone has equal capacity for murder.

The probability of killer being black is 2/17. The probability that he kills white person in random killing is 15/16. Hence the probability of killer being black and victim being white is (2/17)*(15/16)=11%

The probability of killer being white is 15/17. The probability that he kills black person in random killing is 2/16. Hence the probability of killer being white and victim being black is (15/17)*(2/16)=11% - the same

If you are seeing discrepancy between black-on-white and white-on-black rates then our assumption that murders are random and everyone has the same capacity for murder does not hold.

That's right. If race did not matter, the incidence of Blacks killing Whites would be the same as Whites killing Blacks. It is not. Not even close.

THere is a symmetry here. Unless Blacks and Whites have some behavioral differences, we expect the incidence of Blacks killing Whites to be the same as Blacks being killed by Whites. Mathematicians like to translate these problems into taking marbles from an urn, but then "murders" is the same as "is murdered".

I did not see anything surprising. The essential facts have been available from day one.

I watched the trial on tv. I was puzzled by a few things, such as why the jury was not shown the actual police training materials. I thought that maybe I missed that testimony, or that it had to be excluded for some reason.

Based on the documentary, it was excluded because it would have exonerated the police. The police were reasonably following reasonable procedures, in a difficult situation.

Update: See here for reasonable liberals being convinced by this film that Chauvin did not murder Floyd. One of them is a Black professor who had written about the murder of Floyd, and now admits that he was wrong. It is always nice to see people revise their opinions in the face of hard evidence.

ADL Founded to Defend a Murderer

Ron Unz writes:

the 1915 killing of Leo Frank, a Jewish factory manager in Atlanta, Georgia, arguably the most famous lynching in American history. Frank had been convicted and sentenced to death for the rape and murder of a young girl in his employ and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) was founded in an effort to save his life. After numerous legal appeals failed, the state’s governor eventually commuted Frank’s sentence and a group of outraged citizens responded by hanging Frank. ...

Let us summarize what seems to be the solidly established factual history of the Frank case, quite different than the traditional narrative. There is not the slightest evidence that Frank’s Jewish background was a factor behind his arrest and conviction, nor the death sentence he received. The case set a remarkable precedent in Southern courtroom history with the testimony of a black man playing a central role in a white man’s conviction. From the earliest stages of the murder investigation, Frank and his allies continually attempted to implicate a series of different innocent blacks by planting false evidence and using bribes to solicit perjured testimony, while the exceptionally harsh racial rhetoric that Frank and his attorneys directed towards those blacks was presumably intended to provoke their public lynching. Yet despite all these attempts by the Frank forces to play upon the notorious racial sentiments of the white Southerners of that era, the latter saw through these schemes and Frank was the one sentenced to hang for his rape and murder of that young girl.

He then says that the best book on the subject has been purged from Amazon for being anti-semitic. And Unz's web site was blackballed.

I found this:

The ADL: an organization whose mission is to keep alive the age-old perceptions of Jews as whiny liars, greedy cheats and shameless shakedown artists.

It is worse than that.

Wikipedia says that there is a consensus that Frank was innocent, and framed. However, google it, and you will find the opposite. Of those who have looked at the evidence, most say that he was guilty of rape and murder.

I don't know if Frank did it or not, but by all accounts he got a fair trial and was not punished out of prejudice. If anything, the White Georgia citizens were probably prejudiced against the Black suspects, and for Frank. So why did Jews and Jewish organizations spend so much money and efforts to exonerate Frank and frame a Black janitor?

This past month I have heard endless Jewish complaints about anti-semitism. 90% of anti-semitism complaints have turned out to be hoaxes. I have quit listening.

When pressed for examples, Jewish organizations like the ADL bring up stories like Leo Frank. No. Frank was a Jew fairly found guilty of raping and murdering a White girl, based largely on the testimony of Black witnesses. I think the point of the story is that Jews should not be held accountable by goys for crimes against goys.

But the Gaza attack was anti-semitic, you might say. I am not sure. It seems to be a territory dispute. Anyway, Israel has already gotten its revenge, ten times over. No reason for anyone else to get involved.

The Gaza Arabs complain that they are being bombed. But they are not releasing the hostages. American Jews complain that many Leftist groups support Hamas, from the river to the sea. But the Jews still vote against Donald Trump and are doing everything to destroy him.

Teacher Sues School for Getting Shot

NPR Radio reports:

A teacher who was shot by her 6-year-old student in Virginia can press forward with her $40 million lawsuit against a school system over claims of negligence by school administrators, a judge ruled Friday. ...

The judge wrote: "The danger of being shot by a student is not one that is peculiar or unique to the job of a first-grade teacher." ...

In early January, the 6-year-old pulled out his mother's handgun and shot Zwerner as she sat at a reading table in front of her first-grade class. ...

Police have said the shooting was intentional. Zwerner claims school officials knew the boy "had a history of random violence" at school and home, including when he "choked" his kindergarten teacher.

The boy's parents are Black, and blame the school:

She described her boy as a “great kid” but “very energetic” because of the behavioral disorder. “He’s off the wall — doesn’t sit still, ever,” she added.

Taylor said her son “actually really liked” 25-year-old teacher Zwerner but that during the week of the Jan. 6 shooting, “he felt like he was being ignored.”

The troubled boy had been suspended for smashing the teacher’s cellphone when she reportedly told him to sit down two days before the shooting.

Taylor’s attorney James Ellenson told the news outlet that school officials are ultimately responsible for the incident because they enrolled the boy in first grade prematurely, knowing he had only attended two months of kindergarten and two months of pre-K.

They also knew of his ADHD diagnosis, Ellenson claimed.

The boy boasted: ‘I shot that bitch dead’.

Update: Mom gets 21 months in prison for using marijuana while owning gun. She still faces sentencing in December on state charges for felony child neglect.

Somali Jailed for Kenyan Female Circumcision

The London Guardian reports:

A woman has been found guilty of handing over a three-year-old British girl for female genital mutilation (FGM) during a trip to Kenya, in the first conviction of its kind.

After a trial at the Old Bailey, Amina Noor, 39, was convicted of assisting a Kenyan woman to carry out the procedure in 2006. The conviction, which carries a maximum sentence of 14 years, is the first for assisting in such harm under the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003.

The only other successful prosecution under the act was in 2019 when a Ugandan woman from Walthamstow, east London, was jailed for 11 years for cutting a three-year-old girl.

Campaigners said the verdict showed that the introduction in 2015 of mandatory reporting of suspected FGM was working. ...

Previously, the prosecutor Deanna Heer KC said Noor travelled to Kenya with the girl in 2006 and while there took her to a private house where the child was subjected to FGM.

The crime only came to light years later when the girl was 16 and confided in her English teacher at school. ...

Jurors were told the defendant was born in Somalia and moved to Kenya at the age of eight during the civil war in Somalia. She was 16 when she came to the UK and was later granted British citizenship.

There are many things wrong with this story. Why is Britain importing Somalis with vastly different cultural norms, and then not allowing them to continue their cultural practices?

Why is it a crime to circumcize girls, when Jews circumcize their boys all the time?

Why is Britain prosecuting something that happened in Kenya in 2006? Is there no statute of limitations, or respect for other legal jurisdictions?

Why are citizens required to report this, and not required to report more serious crimes like murder?

Why do the medical authorities disapprove of female circumcision, while they promote much more drastic and damaging transgender procedures?

This whole thing is crazy.

Old Evidence that Floyd was not Murdered

Newsweek reports:

Fact Check: Tucker Carlson Says New Evidence Clears Derek Chauvin of Murder

Conservative pundit Tucker Carlson has claimed this week that new court papers show George Floyd was not murdered in May 2020 by then police officer Derek Chauvin.

Former Minneapolis police officer Chauvin, who is white, was found guilty in April 2021 of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd, who was Black. ...

In a video clip posted on X, formerly Twitter, by Tucker Carlson's account on October 20, 2023, and since viewed more than 21 million times, Carlson said that Floyd was not murdered by Chauvin.

Carlson said during the clip "...did he [Chauvin] actually murder George Floyd? And the answer is, well, no he didn't murder George Floyd.

"We're not guessing about that. We know it conclusively thanks to a new court case now underway in Hennepin County, Minnesota."

Case files include a deposition from Sweasy in which she mentioned a conversation with the county's medical examiner, Dr. Andrew Baker, after he performed Floyd's autopsy.

In the Carlson clip, text attributed to Sweasy read: "I called Dr. Baker early that morning to tell him about the case and to ask him if he would perform the autopsy on Mr Floyd.

"He called me later in the day on that Tuesday and he told me that there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd's neck.

"There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation." ...

Sweasy added that Baker said "'This is the kind of case that ends careers.'"

Newsweek does not dispute any of this, but rates the Carlson claim false because the evidence is not new.

As the article explains, it was known at the time of Chauvin's trial that Floyd had a lethal dose of illegal drugs in his body, and that the autopsy showed no injury to the neck or nearby areas.

During Chauvin's trial, Baker told Chauvin's attorney that if Floyd had been found at home in his locked residence with no evidence of trauma, and the only autopsy finding was his fentanyl level "then yes I would certify his death is due to fentanyl toxicity," adding, "the interpretation of drug concentrations is very context-dependent."

And the context of this case was that it was of the kind and ends careers.

I watched the trial. Floyd was already dying of an overdose before the cops arrived. They were trying to save his life. Chauvin's actions could not have killed anyone. It was all political.

Blacks activists had been claiming for years that Blacks were mistreated, but no one could find an example. Floyd was supposedly the example that they were looking for. Most people went along with it, to argue for systemic racism. Saying otherwise would end careers.

The new House Speaker is supposed to be a right-winger, but he recites leftist racial nonsense:

I was outraged. I don’t think anyone can view the video and objectively come to any other conclusion but that it was an act of murder. And I felt that initially, as everyone did and it’s so disturbing. And, you know, the underlying issues beneath that are something that the country is now struggling with. And I think it’s something we have to look at very soberly and with a lot of empathy. And I’m glad to see that’s happening around the country.

... the difference in the experiences between my two 14-year-old sons, Michael being a black American and Jack being white Caucasian. They have different challenges. ... But the reality is and no one can tell me otherwise, my son Michael had a harder time than my son Jack is going to have simply because of the color of his skin. And that’s a reality. It’s an uncomfortable, painful one to acknowledge, but people have to recognize that’s a fact.

No, he is wrong. Either lying or deranged.

I watched the video. It is the video of a man dying of a fentanyl overdose. It is not the video of a murder. If Chauvin wanted to murder Floyd, he would have moved to avoid the video cameras. Floyd was being restrained, but no one has ever died from being restrained in that way. It does not happen to a healthy man.

He says "no one can tell me otherwise" because he is not discussing facts. He cannot give any example of the Black boy being treated worse than the White boy. There is no substance to these comments. He is just saying BLM talking points.

Divorce Court goes bad, Judge gets Shot

The NY Post reports:

The Maryland judge who was executed in cold blood in the driveway of his home was “targeted” by a suspect just hours after giving custody of the man’s children to his ex-wife in a divorce case, officials said Friday. ...

Court records indicate that Wilkinson oversaw Argote’s divorce proceedings — which was the only case on the judge’s docket Thursday, hours before he was shot dead. ...

Wilkinson signed an order saying there was to be no visitation or contact between Argote and his four children, or their mother, Eugenia Argote, according to the partial judgment in the divorce case cited by The Herald-Mail.

The judgment also granted Argote’s ex-wife “sole use and possession of the family home” and barred the husband from entering the property.

This is a bad story. The judge did not deserve to get shot. Maybe he was right to recognize the dad was violent.

Still family court judges have an enormous amount of power, and this one gave a very extreme order. He should not have the power to say a man cannot contact his kids, or live in his house. This judge was evil.

CPS Agent found Guilty

Upstate Illinois CPS news:

A judge found a former DCFS worker guilty and his supervisor not guilty of mishandling abuse investigations of AJ Freund leading up to the Crystal Lake boy’s 2019 murder.

Carlos J. Acosta, 57, of Woodstock, and Andrew R. Polovin, 51, of Island Lake, were both charged in September 2020 with two counts of endangering the life of a child causing death, a Class 3 felony, and one count of reckless conduct causing great bodily harm, a Class 4 felony.

Lake County Judge George Strickland announced his verdict Friday afternoon after closing arguments in the trial concluded in the morning.

He found Acosta guilty of two counts of child endangerment and not guilty of his third charge of reckless conduct.

The judge found Polovin not guilty of all three of his charges.

Strickland outlined numerous steps that the DCFS workers failed to take in their investigation and several parts that they ignored or failed to further investigate.

A grand jury indictment in 2020 charged Acosta, a DCFS child protection specialist, and Polovin, a DCFS child protection supervisor, with “not acting in good faith” within their official capacities.

The indictment said the two, in a “willful or wanton manner,” knowingly caused or permitted the life or health of Andrew Freund Jr. to be endangered and that was the proximate cause of the boy’s death.

Freund Jr., who was five years old and resided in Crystal Lake, was murdered in 2019 by his mother, JoAnn Cunningham.

Maybe Acosta should have asked for a jury trial, and testified in his defense.

The core problem here is that the parents were irresponsible drug addicts, and medical evaluation of the kid's injuries was inconclusive.

I do not see how it can be a crime for CPS (aka DCFS) agents to fail to act. Government authorities let dangerous people loose all the time. Judges, prosecutors, police, etc.

Acosta wrote some incomplete reports, and failed to call in more knowledgeable experts. Okay, how did that get to be a crime?

Ann Coulter has another opinion, about a different case:

I was innocently reading my New York Times last week when I was startled by this ghastly headline:

“Judge Let Abusive Parents Keep Daughter. Days Later, She Was Dead.”

As we shall see, this wasn’t a mistake; it was the logical consequence of a demented ideology that demands “reuniting” helpless children with their psychotic parents.

See if you can spot any telltale signs that Ella Vitalis should not have been sent back to her parents, Johnson Vitalis and Lafeyette Browne, ever, under any circumstances, even if they were the last people on Earth.

Ella first came to the attention of the authorities last year when she was just 3 weeks old and police, responding to a domestic violence call, found her with two broken ankles, a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage. The parents had no explanation for any of this.

Child welfare authorities promptly placed both Ella and her 1-year-old brother, Liam, in foster care with their grandmother.

Just a month later, Ella’s father was left alone with her during a child visitation and, in that short amount of time, managed to slice the little girl’s tongue with a “sharp object,” requiring her to be fed intravenously for six days.

So far, Ella’s parents had spent a total of three weeks and a few hours with her, during which time she ended up with multiple broken bones, a brain hemorrhage and a bloody, mangled tongue.

So naturally, when family court judge and de Blasio appointee Erik S. Pitchal was assigned Ella’s case this past August, he ordered the children to be “reunited” with their parents. What a happy homecoming that must have been!

Based on this account, it appears that the judge made a poor judgment, but was it a crime? Will that judge be prosecuted?

I do not think that CPS agents or family court judges have the judgment or ability to make reasonable decisions about taking kids away.

At best, here is what they can do. If the parents commit crimes, they can be charged and convicted. If the parents are drug addicts, then can be forced to test clean to get their kids back. Beyond that, interventions are apt to cause more harm than good.

Vigilante Starts Fight, gets Shot

I am all for exposing and prosecuting child predators, but what do you expect in this situation?

A 17-year-old boy tries to go out on a data with a 15yo girl he met on the internet, only to discover that he had been set up by a large 40yo Black man vigilante who falsely accused the boy of being a pedophile and started to beat him up by punching him. The boy used a gun to defend himself.

The London Guardian reports:

A man who gained a sizable social media following by posing as a child online to lure out alleged sexual predators was shot to death late last week during a confrontation at a restaurant in Michigan.

Two men have been arrested in connection with the killing of 40-year-old Robert Wayne Lee, also known to his followers as Boopac Shakur.

Lee and friends would pretend to be a 15-year-old girl, make contact with adults suspected of being interested in sexually abusing the child, and arrange to personally meet those online users.

He would record videos of the online conversations and the subsequent in-person confrontations. Lee would then post those videos on Facebook and Instagram pages, which had tens of thousands of followers combined.

On Friday night, he met two teenagers – one age 17 and the other 18 – at a restaurant in the community of Pontiac, about 30 miles (48.2km) north-west of Detroit, according to the local Oakland county sheriff’s office. Lee punched one of the teens after accusing him of being a pedophile, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.

The younger teen pulled a gun out, and the older one armed himself with a knife. The 17-year-old then shot Lee several times before both of the teens fled the establishment.

Lee was brought to a hospital, where he died, the sheriff’s office news release said.

Boopac Shakur claims to have exposed 132 child predators, but the legal record is rather thin.

Bouchard told the Oakland Press that Lee’s videos had led to four arrests, including a corrections officer at the local jail. But Bouchard said his agency did not advise or coach Lee, who was neither credited in the police reports resulting from the arrests nor called to testify about his methods.

Only 4 arrests out of 132? Even those appear bogus, as they had to conceal the entrapment info just to get the arrest. Boopac Shakur appears to be the criminal. He should not have been going around beating up innocent teenagers. He finally got his comeuppance.

Perhaps you are going to tell me that the age of consent in Michigan is age 16, and the 17yo boy may have had some lewd thoughts about the nonexistent 15yo girl, and if the girl had been a real girl, he might have made amorous advances. Yeah, maybe. Like a million other 17yo boys.

There are a lot of online comments in favor the vigillante. Why? Am I missing something here? I think the sheriff also has come culpability, as he appeared to be encouraging this thug to beat up teenagers. If you go around beating up innocent teenagers, then one might retaliate.

Trevor Bauer was one of MLB baseball's best pitchers, until he was kicked out.

Bauer struggled during the 2019 season, both with Cleveland and with Cincinnati, but he followed this effort with his first Cy Young Award during the 60-game 2020 MLB season, becoming the first Reds player to win the award.

A free agent after the 2020 season, Bauer signed a three-year contract with the Dodgers in February 2021. He led the league in both strikeouts and innings pitched through July 2 but spent the rest of the season on administrative leave imposed by MLB as they investigated sexual assault allegations made against him, which continued into the following season. On April 29, 2022, the league announced that Bauer would be suspended for 324 games as a result of their investigation, which was later reduced to 194 on appeal. The Dodgers released him on January 12, 2023, rather than restoring him to the active roster.

Now it turns out that the accusations were 100% false. The woman learned of his wealth, and was doing a shakedown.

So why was he kicked off the LA Dodgers? There were never any serious charges against him, and her story had many holes. The MeToo crowd says to believe all women, but most of these stories have turned out to be false.

Just watch Trevor Bauer's 4-min. video on Lindsey Hill's Concealed Texts Finally Exposed. Amazing. He was fortunate to have the money to pay top lawyers, and to get phone evidence of her scamming him. And that his legal dispute allowed him to publicly explain his innocence.

There is currently a case before the US Supreme Court on whether men should lose their constitutional gun rights if a woman makes an accusation that results in a protective order. These orders are almost always granted, although one was denied against Trevor Bauer. Apparently it was obvious to the judge that the accuser was lying.

NYC Crime is Black Crime

NY City has released crime data. Blacks are committing these crimes at 30 times the rate of Whites.

The academic view is that race is just a social construct:

According to Jones (2002) “race” is only based on a few phenotypic-related genes, not global genetic ancestry, since the few genes that determine skin color, hair texture, and facial features are not informative about other aspects of the genotype at the individual level. Advocates of the structural racism hypothesis frequently emphasize that race/ethnicity categorization “reflects neither biological nor cultural differences” and that race is “often conflated erroneously with biology and ancestry” (Adkins-Jackson et al., 2022, p. 540), that “race is a social construct and is distinct from ethnicity, genetic ancestry or biology” (O’Reilly, 2020, p. 2), that “social races bear little relationship to the reality of human biological diversity” (Smedley & Smedley, 2005, p. 22) and that race “is a social construct with no biological basis and stems from White supremacy” (Haeny et al., 2021, p. 889). While the phrase “race is a social construct” can have a range of meanings, a popular one, given by the American Sociological Association (2003), is that race is “a social invention that changes as political, economic, and historical contexts change”; this social invention is said to be important because “social and economic life is organized, in part, around race as a social construct.”

You should disregard any journal that publishes such nonsence. You can pay $100 to get your genes sequanced, and the lab will identify your race based on your genes. And the genetic race match the ordinary social definition. And race shows up in crime statistics. It is not imaginary. It is real. If Blacks and Hispanics were to move out of NY City, the police would not have much to do.

Even the NCAAP recognizes:

Actor Masterson to spend Life in Prison

Famous Hollywood actor Danny Masterson is a Scientologist, and got sucked into some Scientology controversies. He was just convicted of two 2003 rapes, and sentenced to life in prison. He will be eligible for parole after 30 years.

The women did not complain until 2017, and there was a first trial in which most jurors thought he was innocent. There was no objective evidence of a crime.

I never heard of him, and did not follow the case. But do I think our justice system was somehow able to determine what happened in 2003? Of course not. This is an extreme sentence, on the flimsiest of evidence. Our system is broken.

Here is video of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis apologise for letters. This is pathetic. They were friends Masterson for 25 years, and laways thought that he was a find man, and now they apologize for saying so? They disgust me. Kunis is a Ukrainian Jew who was 14 years old when she was on a TV show with Masterson and Kutcher. She describes herself as a non-practicing Jew, but Jewish enough to hate Republicans. Now she is married to Kutcher. The apologiy talks about victims, they have no knowledge of any victims. These people are horrible.

Apparently Kutcher and Kunis had to make this apology video because one of Masterson's accusers threatened to also make accusations against them. So it was extertion. Kutcher and Kunis look like kidnapped prisoners reading a prepared statement. Kutcher has an estunated bet worth of $200 million. But he could lose it all and spend life in prison, if he triggers the wrong woman.

No Bodies in Canada School Graves

The biggest Canada scandal of the last ten years was how Catholic schools abused and buried Indian and Eskimo children. It was all a hoax.

But no bodies have since been recovered, and researchers have now confirmed that none have been found during a four-week dig in the basement of Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Catholic Church, on the site of the former Pine Creek Residential School, where the remains of more than 60 children were thought to be hidden.

'People believe things that are not true or improbable and they continue to believe it even when no evidence turns up,' said Tom Flanagan, a professor emeritus of political science at the University of Calgary.

The Pope came to Canada and apologized. Dozens of Catholic churches were burned in retaliation.

Jews Attack Musk and Twitter

The Jewish magazine Forward reports:

Not sure what is going on here. Twitter does not have free speech, and has mostly carried out the wishes of Jews at the ADL. The Groypers are banned, at the request of the ADL.

ADL stands for "anti-defamation", but all they do is defame people.

Some say that Musk was driven to buy Twitter because he sent his son to a fancy private school, and they turned him into a tranny communist who no longer talks to him. Maybe Musk is figuring out that the ADL is ruining Twitter also.

The article goes on to explain ADL preoccupation with a 1913 murder case.

The ADL was founded the year Frank was convicted

The Black janitor probably did commit the crime, and framed Frank. Wikipedia editors insist on saying that Frank was "wrongfully convicted". Maybe so, but if you google the case, you will find sites with lots of authentic with evidence of Frank's guilt that convinced many people. There is certainly no consensus that Frank was innocent.

A Wikipedia reader may think it very strange that the article says Frank was wrongfully convicted, when 90% of the sources do not say that. Obviously there is a faction of editors with an axe to grind. The ADL has a big investment in promoting a myth that Frank was a victim of anti-semitism.

Much of today's Left insist that everyone accept facts, once a consensus of experts agree on them. This applies to global warming, wearing covid masks, getting vaccines, the 2020 election, Ukraine war, etc.

Crime to suggest watching TV

The Atlanta Trump indictment charges:

Act22: On or about the 3rd day of December2020, DONALD JOHN TRUMP caused to be tweeted from the Twitter account @RealDonaldTrump, “Georgia hearings now on @OANN. Amazing!” This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy”

So Trump's crime was, in part, posting a public tweet to watch tv news!

This is crazy stuff. There was no conspiracy. There were no secret deals to do anything illegal. Everything Trump did was in the open, public, and in pursuit of lawful remedies.

NPR Radio reported last year:

So all the Democrats agreed that the Electoral Count Act had a loophole. So how can it be illegal for Trump to have tried to exploit that loophole?

Fictitious Atlanta Document Charges 13 Felonies

NBC News reports:

A docket appeared on the Fulton County court website shortly after noon, the news agency Reuters reported, indicating that Trump had been charged. The document was quickly removed from the site, Reuters reported, and the news agency then changed its report to say Georgia was "set to charge" the former president. A representative for the Fulton County prosecutor's office called the report inaccurate, and the county clerk's office later issued a statement calling it a "fictitious document that has been circulated online."

Really? Here is the list of 13 felonies.

So the Democrat prosecutors are using a fictitious document to charge Pres. Trump of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings! The pot is calling the kettle black.

Also racketeering and some other crazy charges. We shall soon see. All Trump did was call an election official to see if there were enough votes to contest the election.

Update: Here is the indictment. Yes, 13 felonies. The prosecutor's office was lying about it being fictitious.

Trump is Indicted Again

I tried reading the latest Donald Trump indictment, and it is just as ridiculous as the previous ones.

It just complains that Trump decided to contest the election.

There are no big revelations. There is no hard evidence. Just claims that Trump pursued a legal strategy that some said would fail.

Meanwhile Pres. Biden's family took millions of dollars in bribes that got us involved in the Ukraine War.

Biden and AG Garland personally signed off on these bogus prosecutions. Biden will go down as one of the worst Presidents in American history.

I am looking for any legal explanation as to how Trump was doing anything criminal, as opposed to exercising his free speech and carrying out his duties.

Russian (and anti-American) law professor Ilya Somin writes:

But the indictment recounts extensive evidence indicating that Trump in fact knew he had lost.

No, Trump's obvious defense is that the election had not been decided yet, and he was carrying out his rights and duties to make sure all his votes were properly credited.

Also notable is that the DoJ apparently determined that Trump was not responsible for any insurrection. The second impeachment was for "incitement of insurrection", and the DoJ spent 2.5 years examining the evidence to try to support such a charge, and failed.

Update: Mike Pence says:

Today’s indictment serves as an important reminder: anyone who puts himself over the Constitution should never be President of the United States.

Then Pence should not be running for President. Pence now attacks Trump for Jan. 6, 2021, but listen to what he said on Jan. 4.

Vice President Mike Pence said that he understands that many people are skeptical about the election results, and promises they will "have their day in Congress" on Wednesday when the results are set to be finalized.

The indictment has a few paragraphs blaming Trump for what he said to Pence, but Trump was only holding Pence to his promise.

It appears that Pence was given immunity from prosecution in exchange for testimony against Trump.

President Joe Biden challenged the United States to acknowledge its history with race, declaring that ignoring or denying it won’t do anything for the country’s societal growth.

Biden spoke from the White House on Tuesday as he was to sign a proclamation establishing a national monument to honor Emmett Till, the African America teenage whose brutal murder in 1955 prompted the Civil Rights Movement. At one point in his speech, Biden chastised “there are those who seek to ban books, bury history” and decline chances to learn from America’s past with the evils of racism.

While darkness and denialism can hide much, they erase nothing. You can hide, but they erase nothing.

We can’t just choose to learn what we want to know. We have to learn what we should know. We should know about our country. We should know everything, the good, the bad, the truth of who we are as a nation. That’s what great nations do, and we are a great nation. That’s what they do, for only with truth comes healing, justice, repair and another step forward toward forming a more perfect union. We have a hell of a long way to go.

Biden continued to emphasize the virtue of “telling the truth on the full history of our nation,” adding that hate doesn’t go away without being confronted.

“Given a little oxygen by bad people, [hate] comes roaring out again. It’s up to all of us to deal with that,” Biden warned. “It’s up to all of us to stop it. The best way to do that is with the truth. It’s used in a different context, but I think it applies here: Silence is complicity. I will not be silent, nor will you be silent.”

Okay, I accept this. Speak the truth. The good and the bad. One Black boy was killed in 1955. Maybe it was murder. The jury said that it was not. Maybe there was a racial motive. Go ahead and tell the story. A Black boy might have suffered a racial injustice 68 years ago.

Meanwhile, Blacks commit crimes against Whites every day. Tell those stories also. Give us all the statistics of White on Black and Black on White crimes. Let the truth out.
