Another bullshit term for bullshit people. Microaggression. The word literally means 'that which I don't wish to allow others to say because it hurts my fee-fees, since my hurt fee-fees are more important than literally anything else, up to and including truth, competency, and freedom itself.'
There are a lot of very thin skinned people out there who actually enjoy being offended, as being offended is almost their entire fragile protected identity. I'm completely OK with such people being offended...frequently if possible. The Constitution honors the freedom of speech as being the utmost important, not the freedom from speech because it hurts one's precious sensabilities.
