Germany’s Federal Public Prosecutor General’s Office could be looking to charge opposition party politicians with “high treason” for their attendance at a “secret meeting” in Potsdam, where participants allegedly discussed a plan to deport foreigners.This is backwards. The migrants are ndangering the existence of Germany, not the politicians seeking to do something about them.According to German news publication Junge Freiheit, the investigation is based on a criminal complaint filed by a private individual who accused the participants of the meeting of high treason under Section 81 of the German criminal code. If convicted of such a crime, individuals can serve a minimum of 10 years in prison, if a prosecutor can prove the individual “endangered the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany” or wanted to abolish “the constitutional order” by using or threatening violence.
So far, Germany’s top prosecutors are only exploring the possibility of charging the AfD politicians present with treason, and no charges have yet been filed.

Leftists (all flavors of collectivism) are very odd creatures. They scream and rant about tyranny and oppression, and all they are opposed to and hate... then go out and do it with mindless zeal and intensity, then blame everyone else for what they did...and then wait fifteen minutes before they rinse and repeat.
The twentieth century buried well over a hundred million people in the ongoing progressive project of following this stupidity. It looks like the twenty-first century is going to be even worse.

In fairness, Germans have experience with fascist movements and I wouldn't be too quick to question their concern.

When one political party basically pronounces the other illegal... what do you call it? Democratic socialism? A fair election?

Just as not every American is a Trump loving yahoo, so too not every German was a fascist supporter. It's best not to carelessly generalize.

Well over eighty million lives were snuffed out because of Germany's fascist government, and some of those lost souls were in my family. That's not a careless generalization of anything you ignorant child.
Perhaps you should stick to your health, the weather, 'celebrity gossip','fantasy baseball', and other profound topics worthy of your vast experience.
