We need to hear from Covid-19 skeptics

I have now heard several otherwise intelligent people say something like:
I used to be a free speech absolutist, and believe that the best antidote to bad speech is more speech. But I have changed my mind in the last year, because of covid-19. Bad advice about masks and vaccines is too harmful, and the opinions of people like Alex Berenson must be suppressed.
This opinion is so wrong, I don't know where to start.

Berenson may be wrong about some things, but he is not any more wrong that Anthony Fauci, who has a long history of being wrong.

More importantly, I was willing to get a covid-19 vaccine because I believe that if it were particularly harmful or dangerous, I would have heard about it by now. But if the Left succeeds in suppressing such stories, then I will lose confidence in the vaccine.

Covid-19 has proved the importance of openness and free speech in health matters.
