Here is another example of how lawyers think differently. Alan Dershowitz was teaching a Harvard class today on legal ethics, and was discussing what to do if your client lies on the stand. Yeah, this is a little bit like Tony Soprano teaching a course on gangster ethics. Dershowitz is not exactly known for ethical behavior. According to one of his students, Dershowitz's solution is for the lawyer to first tell the judge a lie in order to disrupt the trial!
