Boy is Criminally Charged for Drawing Hitler

The NY Post reports:
A Jewish middle school teacher in Massachusetts has resigned after facing antisemitic harassment by a 12-year-old student – who allegedly made Nazi jokes and sent him a drawing of Adolf Hitler. ...

The child is now facing a misdemeanor charge of criminal harassment.

When Robblee tried to quiet his students one day, the boy began spewing homophobic slurs, so the teacher removed him from class, Insider reported. ...

The Berkshire District Attorney’s Office said in a statement to The Eagle that it was working with the Anti-Defamation League and Jewish Federation of the Berkshires to determine how to prevent similar incidents in the future.

This story is strange. How did it get to a teacher getting a 12yo boy criminally charged with a misdemeanor?

Was this teacher spreading gay Jewish propaganda to his students?

Why is the DA consulting Jewish political group on what to do with a 12yo non-Jew?

It sounds like this story:

A 16-year-old boy from Mersina in southern Turkey was arrested and taken to prison on Wednesday for drawing a "Hitler" moustache on a campaign poster of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, some media close to the opposition are reporting.
Erdogan is an authoritarian ruler who does not like kids making fun of him. Jews don't like it either, but how did they get Erdogan's power to arrest enemies?

Wow, that's the level of writing of a 12-year-old boy in the USA?

I do admit, I can barely make out any of the letters in the note. If that is the hand writing of a twelve year old child, that school is doing a pretty poor job of teaching anything resembling penmanship.

I also think that if a teacher is actually threatened by a twelve year old's bad language, then the teacher is rather mentally fragile. Vulgar, offensive, and obscene things are commonly said in this world, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to change.

Mel Brooks dressed up like Hitler for a really good laugh in 'To Be or Not to Be', and had a beatnik dress up as Hitler in 'The Producers', which was also pretty damn funny. You haven't lived until you have seen and heard 'It's Spring Time For Hitler in Germany'.

I would also note, Unlike this feeble school teacher wetting his pants over merely a drawn picture of Hitler, Mel Brooks was actually far more intimately acquainted with the Fuhrer's genocidal tendencies, as he was imprisoned in a Jewish concentration camp as a child, he has a camp prison number tattooed on his arm.

Me thinks the school teacher doth protest too much.
