Russia told the truth

I keep hearing that it is an uncontroverted fact that Russians interfered with the 2016 USA election, but that just this, from the US intelligence report:

RT and Sputnik-another government-funded outlet producing pro-Kremlin radio and online content in a variety of languages for international audiences - consistently cast President-elect Trump as the target of unfair coverage from traditional US media outlets that they claimed were subservient to a corrupt political establishment.

Also, it is never obstruction of justice to cover up something that is not a crime, nor is it obstruction of justice for the President to instruct subordinates.
