Nate Silver claimed “liberal public health elites” pressured Pfizer to delay fast-track approval of its COVID-19 vaccine until after the 2020 presidential election — thus denying then-President Donald Trump a political win before voters headed to the polls.This was known in Nov. 2020. I commented about it on this blog. The fact-checkers admit that Pfizer went to the FDA to get permission to change the vaccine protocols, in order to delay release of the positive results until after the election.
The only part in doubt is whether Pfizer was trying to manipulate the election, or whether they had some other purpose. I do not think that any legitimate non-election-related purpose has been given.
Trump complained about this in Nov. 2020. He also complained that he had announced that vaccines would be available soon, but the fact-checkers said that he was lying.
This one of several ways the news was rigged to steal the election. Another was the Hunter Biden laptop. Another was Biden's senility.
