Oakland A's baseball team have just won an amazing 19 consecutive victories. I happened to see the 8th and 9th innings of the last 2 games, and they were both dramatic bottom-of-the-9th wins. I don't know how they manage to win so much, when the Yankees have 3 times the payroll and keep stealing the As best players.
