Dilbert endorses Clinton out of fear

The Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams has been writing how Donald Trump has been running a much wiser campaign than Hillary Clinton, and now announces:
This past week we saw Clinton pair the idea of President Trump with nuclear disaster, racism, Hitler, the Holocaust, and whatever else makes you tremble in fear.

That is good persuasion if you can pull it off because fear is a strong motivator. It is also a sharp pivot from Clinton’s prior approach of talking about her mastery of policy details, her experience, and her gender. ...

The only downside I can see to the new approach is that it is likely to trigger a race war in the United States. ...

If Clinton successfully pairs Trump with Hitler in your mind – as she is doing – and loses anyway, about a quarter of the country will think it is morally justified to assassinate their own leader. ...

So I’ve decided to endorse Hillary Clinton for President, for my personal safety. Trump supporters don’t have any bad feelings about patriotic Americans such as myself, so I’ll be safe from that crowd. But Clinton supporters have convinced me – and here I am being 100% serious – that my safety is at risk if I am seen as supportive of Trump. So I’m taking the safe way out and endorsing Hillary Clinton for president.
Yes, Clinton's campaign is based on shrill name-calling and threatening a race war. She is just spewing fear and hatred to the low info voters.

I even have anonymous commenters on this blog who keep trying to compare Trump to Hitler. You know that the Trump-haters have no argument when Godwin's Law takes over before any substantive argument.

As Adams explains, Clinton does have one thing going for her. Republicans, Trump supporters, and white Christians are 10x more tolerant than Democrats and Clinton supporters. Clinton is the one threatening a race war. Trump supporters do not threaten violence against Clinton supporters, but Clinton supporters threaten violence against Trump supporters.

Political tolerance means tolerating people with political views different from yourself. Clinton and her supporters are all about exterminating views and cultures that deviate from her leftist agenda. They even want the President to dictate bathroom policy in every American school. Not even the Communists did that.

I live in a leftist Democrat area, and the ppl are far more intolerant than any Republican area I have been in.

The news media is dominated by cucks and leftist authoritarians who are betraying America, so Adams can endorse Clinton without threatening his life or livelihood.

Roger, you really have to delve deeper and also see the Satanic symbolism filling up our culture. There are triangles everywhere I look. The pine cone heads are Shrining this whole country.

I NEVER compared Trump to Hilter. Sure, it would be easy for you to argue with what I'm saying had I actually compared the two, but I didn't. To compare means to note similarities. I didn't note a singular similarity between Hitler and Trump. I didn't say anything like Trump and Hitler both....etc. or Trump is doing this or that like Hitler did. I addressed the fact that Trump sees Hitler as "some kind of hero", and that Trump studies Hitler's speeches and asked you how many people do you know that do those things ?" Sure, it's easy to attribute my statements, comments and questions to Goodwin's Law, a lot easier than actually, addressing and answering them. You're the one dodging any substantive argument.

As for Adams, I think it's interesting that you failed to mention that Adams, very early on in the primaries predicted that Trump would easily win the primary and win the general election, too.

You wrote that Clinton threatened a race war. When did Clinton threaten a race war ? It never happened, did it ? Trump offers to pay legal bills of supporters that commit violence against protestors. Trump said,, "Seriously, okay, just knock the hell. I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees; I promise, I promise.", then of course he denied it even though it was videotaped. Trump said, "Nobody has asked for fees and I haven't even seen it so I never said I was going to pay for fees," that's some line of B.S.... Nobody's asked, I haven't seen it, so that means that I never said it ??? Because noobdy's asked for any fees, it means that he never said anything about promising to pay the fees ? What it means is that he lies, doesn't keep promises, and has the arrogance and audacity to blatantly lie about having said it. Just watch for the commercials of Trump saying over and over again, "I never said that" followed by tapes of him saying exactly what he claims to have never said, verbatim. I know that Clinton does the same thing, just less frequently and blatantly. If it should come down to which candidate is lying less, Trump is in big trouble.

You're making a lot of assertions but you lack facts to back them up, or maybe just look for all of the triangle everywhere as someone has suggested ? It's as good of an approach as you're using to support your arguments.

Clinton threatens a race war every time she talks about Trayvon Martin, Ferguson Mo, or Freddie Gray.

She's not threatening a race war, she commenting on law enforcement and the criminal justice system. She's never even uttered the words "race war", has she ? or if she has it's not in the context of a threat.

She and Obama are promoting riots, and justifying blacks trying to kill cops. Her entire candidacy is based on pushing for a race war.

You're saying that her candidacy is based on something that she's never even mentioned.

Hillary Clinton certainly does speak out in support of blacks who try to kill cops, as in Ferguson.

So if Clinton is not promoting a race war, what is her purpose in supporting blacks who try to kill cops?

In Trump's case, his purpose is obvious. He just wants to give a speech without Democrat thugs using violence to disrupt it.
