Documentary filmmaker Ken Burns has sparked outrage by comparing the relocation of border crossers to idyllic Martha’s Vineyard to the rise of Nazi Germany before the horrors of the Holocaust. It gets worse. Florida's Hitler also objects to public school teachers sexually grooming small kids. The Brooklyn-born, longtime Democratic donor made the direct comparison Thursday while appearing on CNN to promote his new film, “The US and the Holocaust.”
“It’s like when somebody disagrees with him in Florida — like the Walt Disney Company — he punishes them,” Burns continued.Okay, it is an American tradition to compare politicians to Nazis and Hitler. So that is not my issue. Do your sick name-calling all you want.“This is not the actions of a person participating in a democratic process in which there’s an exchange of ideas.
“This is about punishing political enemies, putting on shows, political shows, political theater. And in this case, this is with the lives of human beings.”
I am just pointing to the division on our society today. The Democrat Party is flooding our borders with fake refugees, but get very upset of any of them get into their high-class neighborhood. And they stand for castrating your kids. If object, they call you Nazis.
An appeals court just upheld a Texas law for free speech on Facebook and Twitter. Criticism of the law is largely hased on a desire to censor Nazis and Jewish Holocaust deniers, as if these were significant.
Meanwhile, the Martha's Vineyard Hebrew Center is still distributing posters saying that refugees are welcome. Just not on their island, of course, where most of their housing is vacant and withheld from refugees.
Update: I watched the start of the Ken Burns documentary on PBS TV. It starts off quoting some Jewish poet about Jews being "wretched refuse". In a way, it seems anti-semitic, as it explains that no country wanted a big influx of Jews. A lot of the information is incomplete. Of course there were also wars starting all over the world. The USA was against a most other immigration also.

What's interesting about the Reverse Operation Freedom missions is how poorly they have met their objectives. I can understand that the faithful require their red meat but none of these efforts appear to demonstrate anything other than the free spending cruelty that marks the MAGA folk.
You mean it is cruel to send refugees to the communitees that encourage and welcome the refugees? Where would you rather have them go?
