There are many causes for this. Notable ones include anti-marriage policies, and importing
foreigner greatly in excess of available housing, driving up prices.

I believe the situation in Canada and Australia are almost identical. I'm not sure about the UK.
More education needs to be shifted into the workplace, as the idea of a person actually ready for a job right out of college is mostly a myth. Much of what the students are learning is just useless academic gatekeeping, college tuition milking, outdated, incorrect, politically biased, or irrelevant to what is going on in the workplace.
Humanity is just not going to bilogically work with youngsters 'starting out' near 30 and then waiting to establish themselves financially before having a family. It almost reads like the opening skit out of the movie 'idiocracy'.
