The American Civil Liberties Union says the school district in Bergen County has decided that Michael Coviello can wear skirts to class. The 17-year-old began wearing skirts to protest a district ban on shorts at school between October and April. ...The ACLU should not be dictating dress codes.
The state's ACLU chapter told the school superintendent that all students -- not just girls -- are entitled to wear skirts.
