It is always amusing to hear left-wing law profs advocating censorship. I never hear right-wing academics wanting to ban books or anything like that. Here is Prof. Eric Muller wanting to
ban a children's book that mentions Japan, Christianity, and Buddhism, and wanting to ban
ban Michelle Malkin's excellent book on the WWII Japanese internment. It seems to me that people visiting a preserved internment camp might very well want to read a book that documents the reasons for the internment. Third graders might want to learn about Japanese cultural differences as well.
